WEB Intelligent Laundry Systems is firmly committed to service excellence. Mac-Gray, WEB's parent company, is a multiple recipient of the Maytag Red Carpet Service Excellence Award. This award recognizes the superior expertise and overall excellence of our service technicians, as well as the distinctive level of care they provide to our valued customers.

WEB's proprietary technologies, LaundryLinx™ and Techlinx™, work in conjunction to provide our customer with a direct link to our technicians in the field. Each service request goes directly into WEB's service system without any re-entering or interpretation by a dispatcher. Technicians are automatically dispatched using WEB's TechLinx™ system, which results in faster response time to problems. LaundryLinx also tracks each service request and generates two separate emails letting the customer know that the service problem has been resolved.
