TechLinx™ provides an immediate, direct link to WEB technicians in the field – wherever they may be. The system features automatic dispatch technology, technician assignment, service van inventory tracking and scheduling of appointments – all to provide optimum allocation of resources in the field.

Service requests, in the form of text messages, are sent directly from the WEB server to technicians’ Nextel phones, assuring immediate communication and the fastest possible response. Those who are out of their trucks servicing a request are made aware of other service issues as they occur - not when they return to their vehicles, as is the case with more common radio-based systems.

For requests made via the Internet, TechLinx™ enables customers to be notified from the laundry room site as soon as the problem has been corrected.
