On January 10, 2005 Mac-Gray acquired the assets of WEB Service Company in 13 western states and now operates under the WEB brand name in those states. All branch operation facilities and employees in these states have transferred to Mac-Gray and will continue to service the accounts previously with WEB Service Company. Mac-Gray will continue to grow the WEB brand in the West by offering its customers proprietary products and services that are unique in the laundry management industry.
